- You close on the lot and build on your own schedule.
Build with Evergreen Acres
- Tell us the number of bedrooms, the garage you want, and your budget range.
- We put together a one-story plan for the lot, with no steps at the entry.
- You get a written price for the lot and the house together before anything starts.
- We build it and hand over the keys.
Every plan we build here is single level. Wide doorways, a level entry, and a laundry on the main floor are standard requests, and we plan for them from the start.
Common questions
Can I use my own house plan?
Yes. Bring the plan and we will tell you whether it fits the lot and the setbacks.
Do I have to build right away?
Call and ask. Build timing is part of the purchase conversation, and we will tell you what applies to the lot you want.
Is a basement possible?
Ask us about the specific lot. We will go over what the site allows before you decide.
